Wash Your Hands

"Did you wash your hands? Wash your hands before you eat! Wash your hands after you use the restroom! Wash your hands after you blow your nose. Wash your hands after you cough or sneeze. Wash your hands when you come in from outside. Hand washing helps fight infection! Wash your hands, Wash your hands WASH YOUR HANDS!"

We've all been told to wash our hands almost every since we've had hands. So we wash our hands--often. The art of this war against germs, disease, and infection did not warn us about the fallout of constant hand washing-- especially when the weather begins to get colder. Yes! That's right-- DRY skin. Let's just be honest --rough, dry areas. No, let's be graphic-- rough, dry and ashy spots on the backs of your hands. White areas between your fingers that look as if you've been making homemade biscuits-- but wait-- you don't know how to make homemade biscuits!!! Fingertips that crack, split open and bleed!! All in the name of preventing infection. Doesn't split fingertips invite germs and infection??

In no way am I going to tell you to stop washing your hands!! I'm one of the biggest hand washing fools around! However, I partner it with skin conditioners from Sustenance of Nature. Sustenance of Nature's products are all natural and have what I call staying power. I can wash my hands and the product still protects my skin without constant reapplication. They contain infused oils, extracts, pure shea and cocoa butters. There are no crazy chemicals that are hard to pronounce. It's all natural from www.noshels.com
